First aid initiation (designated person first aid).

First Aid initiation teaches selected employees the basic principles and skills of first aid in a short period of time.

The hands-on training is 4 hours long. Beforehand, the instructor will discuss with you which items are important to your organization.

Groups consist of a maximum of 15 participants. Thus, trainees gain maximum practical experience to address company-specific situations in a targeted manner.

We focus on the role of the caregiver (basic hygiene, proper analysis of the situation, pre-evacuation concerns and procedure and so on) and basic first aid skills (bleeding, injuries, burns and so on).

Those who have completed the First Aid for Designated Person training will be able to knowledgeably administer basic first aid operations in the facility in the event of an accident or health problem.

Every company as well as every institution with 20 employees or more must have several certified first aiders present.They must have mastered the basic principles and skills of first aid. In addition, they must be able to provide first aid in emergency situations for the entire duration of the work.

The introductory course is designed for employees who do not have a First Aid First Aid certification but still need to be able to provide first aid.

It is important to take into account in the selection that first aid must be guaranteed during the entire duration of work. So also at night in the case of shift work.
