First aid initiation (designated person first aid).

The First Aid initiation teaches selected employees the basic principles and skills of first aid in a short period of time.
The hands-on training lasts 4 hours.
In advance, the instructor will discuss with you which items are of interest to your organization.
Groups consist of a maximum of 15 participants.
Thus, trainees gain maximum practical experience to address company-specific situations in a targeted manner.
We focus on the role of the caretaker (basic hygiene, proper analysis of the situation, pre-evacuation concerns and procedure and so on) and basic first aid skills (bleeding, injuries, burns and so on).
Those who have completed the first aid training for designated person can knowledgeably administer the basic operations of first aid in the institution in case of an accident or health problem.

Every company as well as every institution with 20 employees or more must have several certified first aiders present.They must have mastered the basic principles and skills of first aid.

The initiation course is designed for employees who do not have a first aid certificate but still need to be able to provide first care.
