Leadership can take many forms.
An organization can only grow if it has people who not only know what leadership is, but also apply that knowledge in practice.
Leadership ensures that employees have and maintain a clear and concrete focus.That employees develop and take responsibility toward the well-being and safety of themselves and their colleagues.
That employees do not think in terms of “me” but in terms of “we” and thus work better together.
The only question is…How can I become such a leader?

– Your leadership style is linked to your personality and preferences.
Participants take a test that gives them insight into their natural preferences and behaviors (Marston Pro elen).
– From these preferences the participants discover why it is that they can easily lead person “x” and that it does not go smoothly with person “y”.
– From the practice of the participants we look at how “situational leadership” works and how the participants can deal with this.
– Attention is paid to the mechanism “Connection – Distance”.
Giving or taking away energy.
– This workshop is an introduction.
Experience shows that participants always feel the need to further develop their “leadership competencies”.
It is therefore particularly useful to make arrangements for concrete applications in the work field and to follow these up, together with the organization for which the participants work.
