This is a didactic training that instructors need to conduct training afterwards.

An important part is learning feedback and evaluation techniques needed to conduct tests and/or exams if official certificates need to be provided after taking a BLS or PBLS course. Day 3 (morning) In Day 3 we will go into didactic aspects of first aid.
Thus, we look at the approach to certain pathologies, how priorities arise in bleeding, in damage to the skin as well as possible infections after injuries and how to treat this according to the latest guidelines.
Part of this is how the (candidate) instructors can work with role plays throughout a first aid course.
A very instructive and didactic learning format is the painting of wounds and how to create and supervise scenario training.
During the make-up section, students learn the contents of a didactic make-up case and how to make bread dough which is needed during scenario training. Day 3 (afternoon) During 4 hours the trainees get assignments to work out a complete scenario and afterwards give this assignment as a fictitious course for the whole group.
In this assignment the preparation of the theme that will be chosen, the composition of didactic tools, writing and applying a scenario will have to be done.
Afterwards there will be a group discussion per case in which the students can evaluate and adjust each other.
