What is communication and how can you ensure that you have a positive impact on the people you work with?
What is the effect of words, our voice, body language, but especially our beliefs on how we communicate and the effect we achieve?
In this workshop, you will discover the mechanisms and learn concretely how you can have a constructive impact on the people you work with through a specific way of communicating and, therefore, safety.
– Background on the Mechanism of Creating Connection or Distance in Communication – Participants complete the test The Rose of Leary.
In this test participants discover how they consciously, and sometimes unconsciously, communicate in a way that energizes or de-energizes people.
In other words, whether people want to cooperate or become defensive and possibly drop out and call in sick.
– Is listening difficult or easy?
Exercises in listening.
What are the pitfalls and mechanisms that sometimes make listening so difficult?
– What is the Drama triangle?
How do people cause it to develop, perpetuate and how can it be stopped?
– How do our brains function and how can we influence their functioning so that we communicate con- structively?
Through concrete cases, participants learn to communicate constructively in a conscious way and, above all, discover the benefits this has for themselves, at work, safety, health, etc.
Thanks to concrete cases, they learn to make a connection and how this can be restored if it falls away.
Agreements are made for concrete applications in the workplace.
