What?
The First Aid initiation teaches selected employees the basic principles and skills of first aid in a short period of time.
The hands-on training lasts 4 hours.
In advance, the instructor will discuss with you which items are of interest to your organization.
Groups consist of a maximum of 15 participants.
Thus, trainees gain maximum practical experience to address company-specific situations in a targeted manner.
We focus on the role of the caretaker (basic hygiene, proper analysis of the situation, pre-evacuation concerns and procedure and so on) and basic first aid skills (bleeding, injuries, burns and so on).
Those who have completed this first aid training can knowledgeably administer the basic operations of first aid in the institution in case of an accident or health problem.
Why?
In a company as well as in an institution with more than 20 employees, one or more certified first aiders must be present.
These trained employees can provide first aid in case of a need situation.
They must have mastered the basic principles and skills of first aid.
Moreover, these should be present for the entire duration of the labor.
The initiation course is designed for employees who do not have a first aid certificate, but still need to be able to provide first care.
It is important to take into account in the selection that first aid must be guaranteed during the entire duration of work.
So also at night in case of shift work.

You follow the course at your own pace via the Internet.
You will receive a login to follow this course on the E-Learning platform.
The evaluation of the student is done online.
If this is positive, you can proceed to the practical training.
