Cardiac arrest is always unexpected. However, it happens to 10,000 Belgians every year. Make sure you do not stand by helplessly. Thanks to following a CPR and AED course, you are prepared. In an average of 4 hours, you will learn to recognize a cardiac arrest, apply chest compressions and give mouth-to-mouth resuscitation. You will also learn to use the Automatic External Defibrillator (AED). Our trainings are based on the most recent ERC trainings.
